Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New subscriptions may include a free trial (currently 7 days). The trial lets you evaluate TekGarage before paying. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Subscriptions & renewals

Paid plans (currently $9.99 per month or $99 per year, plus applicable taxes) renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time from the Account page in the app, via Manage Billing. When you cancel, future renewals stop and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to limited/free access; your data is retained unless you delete it or request account deletion.

Refunds

Because we offer a free trial so you can try the Service before paying, we generally do not provide refunds for the current billing period or for partial periods after a renewal. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, or believe your situation warrants an exception, contact us — we review requests in good faith and will make things right where appropriate. Where required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.

Promotional codes

Subscriptions obtained through a promotional code (for example, free access for eligible community members) are governed by the terms of that offer. Codes have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any change applies to billing periods that begin after the notice; it does not retroactively affect a period you have already paid for.
