Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of TekGarage and the Tomorrow'sTek website and services.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Welcome to TekGarage, a Porsche-first vehicle-management application, and the Tomorrow'sTek website (together, the “Service”), operated by Tomorrowstek LLC, doing business as Tomorrow'sTek (“Tomorrow'sTek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TekGarage helps owners track and maintain their vehicles — including decoding a vehicle's details from its VIN, suggesting maintenance, surfacing parts and service information, recording service history and costs, and providing diagnostic tools and educational guidance. The Service is an informational and organizational tool. It is not a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, or repair by a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trial

Paid plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis (currently $9.99 per month or $99 per year, plus applicable taxes). New subscriptions may include a free trial period (currently 7 days). Unless you cancel before the trial ends or before a renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged for the next billing period.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account's billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to billing periods that begin after the notice.

4. Promotional Codes

We may offer promotional or discount codes (for example, free access for eligible community members). Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may be limited in number or duration, and may be modified or revoked. We may cancel a subscription obtained through a code if eligibility ends or the code is misused.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; reverse-engineering, scraping, or overloading the Service; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or using the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. User Content & Community Data

You may submit content such as vehicle records, notes, photos, and crowdsourced data (for example, original-equipment part numbers or known-issue reports). You retain ownership of your content. By submitting community data intended to improve the shared knowledge base, you grant Tomorrow'sTek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that data within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content you provide.

7. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Products

The Service may include affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links). If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We are not the seller of third-party products and are not responsible for their quality, fitment, availability, or pricing. Always confirm a part is correct for your specific vehicle before purchasing.

8. Vehicle Data, Diagnostics & Safety — Important Disclaimers

Vehicle information, maintenance schedules, torque values, part numbers, diagnostic readings, AI-generated guidance, and similar data are provided for general informational purposes and may be incomplete, approximate, or inaccurate for your specific vehicle, engine, model year, or configuration. Always verify against the manufacturer's specifications and a qualified professional before performing any work.Working on a vehicle can be dangerous. You are solely responsible for your tools, methods, safety, parts selection, and repair decisions. Where a procedure mentions lifting or jacking a vehicle, follow the manufacturer's recommended procedures (including disabling active suspension systems where applicable).

OBD and diagnostic features depend on third-party hardware and your own equipment, and may not be available on all devices or platforms. Recall and warranty information is sourced from public databases and may lag official records; confirm with an authorized dealer.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Tomorrow'sTek and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All third-party marks (including “Porsche”) belong to their respective owners; Tomorrow'sTek is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data and authentication), Resend (email), public vehicle databases such as NHTSA, and AI providers used for diagnostic guidance. Your use of the Service may be subject to those parties' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomorrow'sTek and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or vehicle damage, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tomorrow'sTek from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
